“Our Easter break was really late this year, Skiing up at the Presena glacier was the perfect solution”
Andrew – Harrogate College
Ideal for school parties because:
The area has one of the longest seasons in the area thanks to the number of skiable glaciers.
With altitudes varying between 1,121 and 3,016 m, this makes it possible to ski from Presena glacier at 3000m to Tonale and then to Ponte di Legno and Temù at 1150 metres above sea level, treating it as a single ski run through many diverse landscapes.
The town of Ponte Di Legno has a historic village centre and is situated close to the lifts, making it quick and easy to get on the slopes. It is a very popular destination for Italians and UK schools, and has plenty to offer in terms of apres-ski and Italian hospitality.
