Folgarida
Folgarida is without doubt one of the best places to ski in Northern Italy, and is justifiably Max Ski’s most popular destination. The ski area is extensive, and is set in the heart of the breathtaking scenery of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Hot on-mountain lunches (Exclusive to Max Ski)
65KM + of pistes
57 lifts
95% snow cannon coverage
2.5 hours from Verona
“Having skied in over 20 different resorts over my career, Folgarida is by far the best suited for school ski trips”
Chris – Benton Park
Ideal for school parties because:
It’s quiet, small and friendly with very little traffic. The majority of hotels are just a stone’s throw from the slopes.
Folgarida is perfect for beginners because it has a wide and very gentle beginner area, and with direct access to the full Brenta ski area, there’s plenty of scope and challenge for all levels of skier.
“On mountain hot lunches and overnight on-mountain ski storage make this place a dream ski resort”
Ben – Hanson Academy
The details
The town itself is small and safe enough to allow students to wander around unsupervised to the supermarket, gift shop or pizzeria after skiing. On top of that, the slopes are north facing and therefore maintain good conditions later in the season. It’s a resort that undoubtedly ticks all the boxes.
